IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) uses a broad-spectrum pulsed light technology to precisely target skin imperfections: pigment spots, diffuse redness, visible blood vessels, and signs of photoaging. Unlike laser which emits a single wavelength, IPL diffuses several wavelengths simultaneously, allowing the treatment of multiple concerns in a single session. This intelligent light penetrates the skin and is selectively absorbed by pigments (melanin) and blood vessels (hemoglobin), destroying them without damaging the surrounding tissues. Beyond the corrective action, IPL also stimulates collagen production in depth for an overall rejuvenating effect.

IPL emits broad-spectrum light flashes that penetrate the different layers of the skin. This light is selectively absorbed by melanin (pigments) and hemoglobin (vessels). The light energy transforms into heat, destroying excess pigmented cells and coagulating the micro-vessels responsible for redness, without damaging the surrounding tissues. Simultaneously, the generated heat stimulates fibroblasts to produce new collagen. The result is skin purified of its imperfections and a perfectly even complexion.
Treatment duration
The recommended program includes 3 to 5 sessions depending on your indication, each session lasting from 30 to 60 minutes. The treatment provides a brief warm sensation that is well tolerated, with temporary redness for only a few hours after the session.
